What is Kajukenbo?

Kajukenbo is the Original Mixed Martial Art derived from 5 different distinct styles: Karate, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Kenpo, and Kung Fu (Chinese Boxing). Kajukenbo was created (in Hawaii) on the priciple that you never know when, so be prepared for anything.  Kajukenbo draws its strengths from its various roots and its ability to adapt to any situation.

Wushu is literally translated "Martial Arts or War Arts" and is the National Sport in China.  Wushu basics are known to develop coordination, strength, agility, endurance, and flexibility.  Wushu training consists of both "Traditional and Modern" methods.

What is S.A.F.E. Martial Arts?

Safety Awareness and Fitness for Everyone.  This is a NON-Contact Martial Arts Fitness program designed for the student who wants ALL the positive benefits without the risk of being injured.

So many people want to train, but can't for different reasons ranging from the fear of an injury or not having a lot of time to make a commitment.

S.A.F.E. Martial Arts is a great alternative to learn the Martial Arts philosophy, train, and be a "black belt in life!"
